    Jun 07, 2015 · Not exactly sure when the move was made after 1933 or 1936, but Amt IV (Kripo) was in the Alexanderplatz building during the Weimar era. Sam, the use of the SS and SA by the police in 1933 was called the Hilfspolizei. There is much written about that as well as the early police period.You have to keep searching.
